Orders placed by 1pm ET will be shipped the same day, and received within 1-5 business days, dependent on the chosen shipping method. Orders placed after 1pm ET will be shipped the following day, and received within 1-5 business days, dependent on the chosen shipping method.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to announce that we will be offering international shipping in 2012. If you wish to be notified of when we begin shipping internationally, please send us an email at info@dealuxe.ca containing the word "INTERNATIONAL" in the subject line.

 

RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem. We want you to love what you purchased from Dealuxe, so we've made returns quick and easy. If something isn't right, let us know. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

DEALUXE RETURN POLICY

Dealuxe gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase (the customer MUST contact customer service within the first 14 days of receiving the product). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Late returns (after 30 days) may be accepted at the discretion of Dealuxe, and may result in an online store credit.  Items that are marked FINAL SALE are non refundable.  

DEALUXE RETURNS ARE AS SIMPLE AS 1, 2, 3

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 1.855.977.3325 within 14 days of receiving your item(s). One of our customer service reps will gladly help you complete your return form and provide you with a Dealuxe Return Number.
  2. Package the return form and your item(s) securely (in the original packaging when possible), affix the Canada Post label, and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post Office or Canada Post mailbox. 
  3. Wait for email confirmation of the return to your registered email in your My Account information, and voilà, your return is complete. We will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund, in accordance with this policy.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You may return or exchange any item that's in its original condition.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have its Dealuxe and designer tags still attached. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox. Damages to, or omission of, this box may result in a surcharge.
  • For the benefit of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear, intimates, beauty/cosmetic products, or items marked as final sale items.
